These tights have 5 pockets. - zipped smartphone pocket at the front (140x70 mm). - at the back in the middle, a large zipped back pocket can hold a 250 ml flask. - on either side of the back pocket, 2 net pockets, easily holding 3 gels each - finally, a small pocket on the inside of the waistband for keeping your car key or a tissue

Half-leg zip for opening, adjusting, closing. They provide maximum comfort for slipping the tights on and off.
