G24 July 2016I recommendThat review has been deposited on this product versionThe pack is great - the bladder not so much
No complaints at all about the pack - it's light, doesn't chafe once it's adjusted properly, very stretchy so you can fit a suprising amount in but the bladder is really fiddly, I've swapped it with my old one.

There is a zip pocket inside however I have to squash my phone into it and the pocket is too small to zip shut with phone in. Bag is comfy. If you dont want the pipe to flap up and down make sure you have tightened the bag to your back to help this I found. Was fiddly setting up first few uses but now I got hang of it is well made actually.

I bought this vest for the Brighton Marathon as my two little Karrimor bottles were not enough.
The bladder pipe is so long that when you put it into the bag it gets a kink in it so the water does not flow out. I ended up having to pull the pipe right out, drink and then try to push it back in or else it flapped about on my chest
It used up a lot if my energy fighting with this vest.
It is also a shame that there is nowhere to store your phone or gels, There Is a pocket there but too small to fit anything in it.
