Glutes and adductor muscle stretches

Why stretch ?

Stretching tenses your muscles or muscle groups by lengthening them. Stretching helps to improve joint flexibility and avoid musculotendinous injuries.

 

Coach's advice: Keep your back as straight as possible throughout the exercise, with your shoulders horizontally aligned.

 

KALENJI & OXYLANE RESEARCH suggest:

 

1) Sitting on the floor, stretch your left leg out straight.

2) Bend your right leg and place your right foot on the other side of your left leg over the knee.

3) Place your right hand on the ground, close to your right buttock, with your arm straight along your body.

4) Use your left hand to hold your right knee and bring it closer to your chest.

5) Hold the position and then switch legs.
