Adductor stretches

Why stretch?

Stretching tenses your muscles or muscle groups by lengthening them. Stretching helps to improve joint flexibility and avoid musculotendinous injuries.

 

Coach's advice: completely relax your thigh muscles during this exercise.

 

KALENJI & OXYLANE RESEARCH suggest: 

 

1) Lie flat on your back, and stretch your legs out straight.

2) Bend and lift your right knee towards your chest without lifting your glutes off the floor.

3) Use your hands to pull your knee towards you.

4) Hold the position and then switch legs.
