EMPTYING THE AIR FROM YOUR WATER BLADDER
Remove air from water pouch. The impacts of the running motion shake the backpack and water bladder. If there is air in the water pouch, you will hear the water splashing throughout your run. To prevent this problem, make sure that you remove any air when filling the pouch by turning it upside down and directing the bubbles towards the tube and sucking them out… and you're all set, no more noise!
