Empty the air from your water bladder. Shocks while running shake the rucksack and water pouch. If there is air in the water pouch, you will hear the water splashing throughout your run. To avoid this disturbance, make sure that you remove the air when filling the pouch. Turn upside down and let the air go up to the tube, then suck it out. Silence once more!
